RETURN POLICY
Please ensure you read our return policy carefully. If you need any assistance, contact us via our contact page.
You have 90 days after receiving your product to request a return. There are absolutely no restocking fees:

ORDER CANCELLATION:
Because we strive to deliver goods to our customers as quickly as possible, we begin preparing your shipment the moment your order is placed. For this reason, you have the ability to cancel your order directly from your confirmation email within 1 hour. If more than 60 minutes have passed, please email support@getsnoozi.com and we will help you find an alternative solution.

PRODUCT NEVER ARRIVED:
Our estimated shipping time is 8-12 business days (excluding 1 to 2 business days for preparation and dispatch). If your products have not arrived within 15 business days, please allow a little extra time up to a maximum of 25 days, as there are some situations outside of our control such as extreme weather, postal delays, and customs. If your order has not arrived after 25 days, we will immediately issue a 100% refund in compliance with FTC guidelines.

DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL:
If your product arrives damaged, please take clear photos and videos and send them to our customer support team at support@getsnoozi.com. After our team verifies the issue, you have two options: we will ship you a new replacement product free of charge, or we will issue a full 100% refund.

DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN AFTER USE (MANUFACTURING DEFECT):
You have 90 days after the arrival of your product to report any functional issues. If the product fails to work during this period due to a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide a replacement, in accordance with U.S. consumer protection standards.

CHANGE OF MIND:
You have 90 days after receiving your product to return it to us. If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us at support@getsnoozi.com and we will provide you with a return address. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we only accept returns for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

EXCHANGES:
If you would like to exchange your product, you have 90 days after receiving it to do so. Please note that your product must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact our support team at support@getsnoozi.com and we will assist you with the process.

WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED:
If you received the wrong product, you have 90 days to return it to us. We will send you a return shipping label at our expense and will issue a 100% refund or immediately dispatch the correct item to you.


REFUND POLICY

Request Process
If you are experiencing issues with your product, please include your order number in your email to us. You can always contact us for any return-related questions at support@getsnoozi.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially cleared and posted.
